At Design Within Reach (a subsidiary of MillerKnoll) my role centered on comprehensive research to write compelling PDPs for the retailer’s complete product portfolio—including lighting, furniture, flooring, outdoor, and more.
Elements of design heritage, manufacturing techniques, and designer biographies informed every product description, which was required to fit the brand's newly refined tone of voice—now more conversational and expressive than the previously formal style.
These product descriptions served as foundational assets supporting the complete customer journey from discovery to purchase, with portions strategically leveraged for social media, email campaigns, and CRM.
